Svanacustomcreations.com Does Not accept returns. If there are issues with your order , please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email ( cgaines5449@gmail.com). Please include pictured of the item , along with the invoice order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING  the order , we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT FULFILL.
