How It Works

At Svana Custom Creations, every order is made just for you — and we make sure you love it before we print it.

1. Place Your Order

Choose your product and submit your customization details at checkout.

2. We Create Your Mockup

Our team designs a digital mockup of your custom item and sends it to you for review. As well as show the printed item before pressing. The customer is responsible for any additional changes after the 3rd revision. 

3. You Approve It

Nothing goes to print until you give the green light. We'll make revisions until you're happy 3 minimum before additional charges are added.

4. We Print, Deliver, & Ship

Once approved, your order is printed  pressed and shipped directly to you.

Please Note: Because each item is custom-made to your approval, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after printing begins. If there is a defect or error on our end, we will always make it right.
